Join the San Antonio Stewards of the Wild Chapter on Sunday, April 6 at Beethoven Maennerchor for its 7th Annual Wild Game Sausage Showdown! Ticketed attendees will have the chance to sample delicious venison from Texas-based wild game processors. Enjoy live music by Keith Hickle, sip on a cold beer, try your luck at our exciting raffle, and connect with fellow local conservationists!

Proceeds from the event will benefit City Kids Adventures, a San Antonio-based non-profit that provides local youth with outdoor experiences, helping them expand their horizons beyond their neighborhoods. This event is fun for the whole family, and we can't wait to welcome a lively crowd from across the city this year.

Event entry is free. To sample wild game sausage and vote for your favorite processors, you will need a donation wristband: $20 donation for adults and $10 for children 14-17. Donations will also be taken at the door.

Drink tickets are available for purchase at $6 each and will also be available at the door.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Refund Policy: Cancel 3-4 weeks in advance of the event and receive a full refund. Cancel 1-2 weeks of the event and receive a 50% refund. Cancel within 1 week of the event and receive no refund.
